I just came across you guys by chance looking for a hair cut and wow you guy blew my socks off with your excellent service. From the time you answered the phone and to the end of service I was impressed. I felt unbelievably welcomed to the salon from the start. Ryann cut my hair and she did such a wonderful job. She was patient with me and really took her time to understand what I wanted. I came out feeling like a brand new woman. I can't rember her name unfortunately, but the manager stopped in in the middle of the cut just to check in with the hair stylist before she left for the day and she ended up staying and visiting with me for a long while as well. I have been looking for a salon that can help take care of my husband's feet. He's got sensitive feet with calluses. He is on his feet all day and needed them to be tended to.  After calling around, I found Alora salon. I had spoken to Dj on the phone. We had a great conversation on the phone about her helping me husband with his feet.  I knew that booking an appointment to get my husband started on getting his feet taken care of with Dj was going to be great.

We made our way in Tuesday. We were greeted by two beautiful smiles. We were instantly greeted and we told them that we were super early.  My husband and I did show up 30 minutes before our scheduled time.  We were done running errands and just decided to make our way in.  Worst case scenario we had to wait.  No biggie, we were ok with chillin. There's no rush, we were here to enjoy the moment.

Ryann and the salon manager told us that Dj had an appointment and wasn't going to work on my husband today.  Instead Ryann was going to take her spot and get my husband taken care of.  Her energy and the energy of the salon was beautiful so I knew my husband was going to be in good hands.

After a small conversation and using the bathroom, my husband got started.  He looked so cute sitting on the pedicure chair. Ryann got my husband's feet soaking. And she worked her magic. She used a calluse remover gel on his feet and gently started buffing the dead skin. After my husband's stroke, his nerves in his feet are still sensitive.  Ryann was delicate and always asked my husband how everything felt.  I appreciate how attentive she was towards my husband's feet. She did such an amazing job.

I did peep out the place while my husband was getting worked on.  Clearly there's nails here. But there's also hair and skin. A go to place to get all of for beauty needs taken care of!

As a stylist in the beauty industry, it was refreshing to come into this med spa/ salon and be treated with such kindness. I also appreciate how well my husband was treated and how well he was taken care of. I always want to make sure my husband is always comfortable and Ryann did a magical job today making him feel that way. I adore you, Ryann.

If you're looking to get your hair, skin or nails taken care of, Alora is your spot. I know med spas could be intimidating going in and not knowing what to expect.  I know for sure that you'll be taken care of by these ladies here. I look forward to having my husband come back and getting his feet worked on.
